iSCSI on Linux system

During my spare time at work, we manage to play a little with iSCSI devices. We thought that it could help us for our future, as it is used in data center, along with Fiber channel but a really expensive technology. So, some experience here could be helpful !!
So, let's share with you here what we learned !

With SAN technology, there is always a server and client side. So, let's split up the web page in 2 section :

  1. Server side will enable you to share a block device to be available on other host of your network.
  2. Client side will enable you to use any iSCSI disk available on the network.
